This is cool. Happy with this from my side. I think we just need to remove the sqlite3ext.h export, then we can merge and make public.

This sets up a SwiftPM project with targets for SQLite (
CSQLite) and sqlite3mc (CSQLite3MultipleCiphers).It follows the same structure as the regular repository, except that it adds a sqlite3mc target and doesn't use any Swift 6 features.
