Test SQLite engine with found issues

This adds tests verifying that Sync Streams with unstable_sqlite_expression_engine: true aren't affected by the issues that prompted us to add that option. Specifically, this copies tests covering:

• Division by zero: Fix Sync Streams division by zero semantics #646.
• String casts: Fix Sync Streams signed string casts #645.
• json_each: Fix Sync Streams json_each object and scalar evaluation #647.
• Null handling: Fix Sync Streams NOT null semantics #643.
