Overview
This updates the PowerSync SDK in the demo application to the latest version.
This also updates the Supabase demo to use the new JWT secret settings and fixes a config regression from https://github.com/powersync-ja/self-host-demo/pull/45/files#diff-9f10afd344c2b00095f5fa84ddc1d17afc55ec398031f8cc476df62a3e7789fe
Testing
Verified the Node.js demo works with large volumes of data.
