Option for `sslrootcert=system`

Hi,
I have databases on AWS that require TLS.
I have the CA certs (.pem and .p7b).

Issues:

1. The file picker doesn't show me the files, I don't have an "any file type" option (not sure if an issue with psequel or nautilus/flatpak)
   
2. I cannot use the system's CA certs (when leaving the path field empty)
   
   BTW I tried cp /etc/ssl/ca-bundle.pem ~/.postgresql/root.crt, it doesn't work
