osu!taiko's and osu!catch's mobile controls are uncomfortable

For taiko it's because the drum is too small on wider phones

For this I suggest adding an option to scale the drum like Taiko-san Daijiro 3

For catch however it's because the controls too close to the sides and it was never really a comfortable layout anyway in my opinion
