Will there be a problem with ranking bubbles and bloom mods?

Shouldn't be too hard to rank these, right? If I see no objections then I think it should be ranked

If Bloom is ranked as it currently stands, the score for touch devices will skyrocket.

What do you mean? The bloom mod doesn't affect scores or am I wrong somehow?
I mean, the no scope mod is ranked and it certainly is easy for touch devices

I should probably add that I think the same about the floating fruits mod, which is only cosmetic
(At least I assume there is no issue)
