This appears to be intended behavior rather than a bug.

The leaderboard and scores page sort by different criteria by design. When the leaderboard sort is set to Accuracy, ranks are assigned by accuracy order. The scores page always sorts by total score, which is the primary ranking metric, this is enforced in the code regardless of the selected sort mode.

That doesn't quite make sense either. In theory, I should use whatever sorting method I've chosen.
