• Update the test to make the failures more clear
• Make sure to print out STDERR or STDOUT when checking if it has nothing
• Try to reproduce it as an IO::Socket::IP error on openbsd

This doesn't happen on OpenBSD 5.6 with the default perl 5.18.4, so let's install perlbrew and try 5.12.

Can't reproduce with 5.12.4 either, though a lot more deps failed to install correctly...

Note the Socket version. I don't know how that happened though, since IO::Socket::IP requires a higher version of Socket...

Since I can't reproduce this and I bumped it upstream as https://rt.cpan.org/Ticket/Display.html?id=101176. Dropping this from beta at least.
