Create site command

A command to create a site. Should take the site class, create the site.yml, directories, and other things like git repositories.

If inside of a git repo already, it should ask which branch to create the site on.

If not inside of a git repo, it should ask where to put the site.

Either way, it should create a build and deploy store, populate a .gitignore, and build a site.yml.

Except if we do #63, it changes how this thing works...

Ask the following questions:

1. What flavor of site would you like?
   • Blog
     • The blog is the index app. Static and plain are in root. site_root is ./. This is akin to a Jekyll site
   • Project
     • Plain is the index app. Blog and static exist. site_root is in ./site/
   • None
     • No pre-configured apps. See Statocles::Help::Setup to add apps
2. What theme would you like?
   • Default
   • Simple
     • Until simple theme ("simple" theme to reduce the complexity of the default theme #238) exists, skip this question
3. Do you want to edit the theme?
   • Yes - Bundle the theme in the site_root/theme directory
   • No - Use the theme directly
4. How do you want to deploy?
   • Git
   • Command
   • Copy files
   • None
