Adjust default font in skeleton.css

Raleway is a terrible font. Normally it does not show up, and a sane default of "Helvetica" or "Arial" usually results. But if someone has Raleway installed, they see a completely different site from everyone else...

Override the default (using statocles-default.css) to be Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif.

Someone posted a screenshot that shows Raleway's lines almost non-existent. It doesn't do that on my MBP, but different screens are still a thing that needs to be dealt with.
