I have updated the PR to use the proper warning mechanism and to fix some issue with additional or missing blank lines. |

This PR moves Hazel Hen to the "Archived systems" section of the page "Special system". Hazel has been decommissioned for at least one year.
I also tried to fix the subsections a bit and removed some of the GitHub smileys that do not work on the Jekyll page. There are still some smilyes left. I am not sure if you want to introduce them to your Jekyll template or want to remove them completely.
