Im using OperaGX so in that the new tab which appears when we click the plus icon or ctrl+T, that is not the MaterialYouNewTab, the page occurs only once when we open the browser. Is it possible or is there a workaround for getting the custom page everytime we open a new tab |

Opera/OperaGX doesn't allow any custom new tab extensions to fully replace the new tab page in the same way Chrome/Firefox does.
There is no built-in way to make it load everytime.
There is a workaround but it's not very handy. it is available here
