feat(asuswrt): integrate Exodus into native Merlin WebUI #2

All routers

• Merge keys (<<) of a profile are expanded as the YAML spec and the core read them: the keys of a mapping win over the anchor. Before, a group with type: url-test and <<: *anchor, where the anchor has type: select, could become select in the profile for startup. An older yq without this option keeps the old behavior.

Keenetic and Asuswrt-Merlin

• The Updates page opens at once with the last known versions, Check again spins on its button instead of hiding the page, the page and the check at the start share one request.
• Refresh of the devices keeps the list while the new one loads.
• No more rm: can't remove ... watch.pid on stop.

Asuswrt-Merlin

• The busybox of the firmware has no command builtin, so every check for a program failed. Now:
  • the stop and the uninstaller remove the iptables rules and the ipsets of Exodus;
  • Build info shows the model and the firmware, the HWID headers x-device-model, x-ver-os and x-device-os are sent;
  • the names of the router get its LAN address in hosts and fake-ip-filter, device names and Wi-Fi networks come from nvram.
• Rules left by an older version are removed by the first stop after the update.

All routers

• The Dashboard button opens Zashboard and MetaCubeXD on their setup page with the current secret. Before, a dashboard that remembered an older secret (another profile with its own secret, a reinstall) kept using it and was refused until the secret was entered by hand.
• A subscription without an expiry shows ∞ instead of 1970: expire=0 and dates from 2099 on mean no expiry.

Keenetic and Asuswrt-Merlin

• The expire date of a subscription is formatted by the browser: the date of a 32-bit firmware overflows after 2038. Subscriptions downloaded before keep the old text until their next update.

Keenetic and Asuswrt-Merlin

• The Enable switch on the Status page is now Autostart: it only decides whether the service starts when the router boots.
• Start works without the autostart.

Asuswrt-Merlin

• SHA-256 is computed with the openssl of the firmware when there is no sha256sum: the installer no longer hangs or stops on routers without it, no coreutils packages are needed.
• The uninstaller removes the iptables rules, the routes and the ipsets of Exodus even when the service does not stop, so the network keeps working after the removal.
• Login and password change fail instead of accepting an empty hash.

OpenWrt

• No changes, the packages are rebuilt as 1.27.2.
