Ripple support for PanelMenu items

The panel menu items have no ripple effect when enabling it in the config. In contrast, the Menu items do have it after enabling it.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to the PanelMenu component
2. Enable the ripple effect in the demo configurator
3. The PanelMenu items don't have an ripple effect.
