[v11] Backport: Hide API tab when API page is not available

Describe the bug

This issue tracks the v11 backport of a bug that was originally reported and fixed in master.

Original issue: #8388

In PrimeReact v11 showcase, the API tab is rendered for components that do not have an API page (e.g. Tabs),
causing navigation to a non-existent /api route and resulting in a 404.

The fix hides the API tab when an API page is not available.

Issue
The documentation UI rendered an API tab for all components, including those without an API page (e.g. Tabs). Clicking the API tab navigated users to a non-existent /api route, resulting in a 404 error.

Fix
The API tab is now conditionally rendered only when an API page is available for the component. This prevents navigation to dead /api routes while keeping existing behavior intact for components that do have API documentation.

Impact
Users no longer encounter 404 errors when browsing component docs. Components without API pages no longer display the API tab, while components with valid API docs continue to work as expected. No routing or redirect logic was modified.
