order by RAND() for mysql

Hello guys, how do I implement a random orderBy in the query?
I use mySql database.

What are you trying to accomplish? Selecting a random row or something else?

You can select a random row in Prisma like so:

let random = await prisma.user.findMany({
  take: 1,
  skip: Math.floor(Math.random() * someMaximumNumber)
})

Thanks @austincrim. I'm trying to load a list in an unordered way. We can sort a list either DESC or ASC. There would be some way to sort randomly, that is, the position of each line changes according to each request.

I think your best bet is to use raw SQL with $queryRaw.

Why prisma does not allow SELECT * FROM myTable ORDER BY RAND() ?

Is this because of performance (https://jan.kneschke.de/projects/mysql/order-by-rand/) ?
