Add Hindi translation for Get Started Tutorial

Adds a complete Hindi translation for the Get Started tutorial.

The translation follows the existing structure and preserves all code blocks, links, and references while making the content accessible to Hindi-speaking users.

Resolves the missing Hindi translation mentioned in issue #1129.

Hi @aashu2006 , I have reviewed the PR at base level and found some words can have their hindi translations rather than writing english in hindi, I have pointed out few you can also revisit your PR and check these. In general, we don't translate texts which are technical and have no literal translation of the same in hindi, rest for everything we try to keep in hindi language only.

I have updated the PR to replace Hinglish words with proper Hindi equivalents where applicable, while keeping technical terms unchanged. Please let me know if anything else needs adjustment 🙂

Hi @ksen0 , requesting your views here. This PR looks fine from translation POV but as I checked, tutorials content are not yet available in other languages, in this in our upcoming scope of work , or we good to go with this PR for now?

I'll merge it - it's true that we don't have tutorial translations yet but if contributors want to add them, that's great! @Divyansh013 there is also a big backlog otherwise, so I think it would be very overwhelming to open issues for every tutorial. But a couple others maybe, like the ones from Introduction?
