[p5.strands] Document `shared*` methods

These should live in a new p5.strands section of the reference and contain parameters and usage examples.

Hi! @davepagurek

I understand that these helpers are already used in examples to pass data between hooks, but they don’t currently have their own reference pages.

I can work on this by adding reference entries for them under a new p5.strands section, including parameter descriptions and clear usage examples based on existing code.

If that sounds good, could you please assign this issue to me?
