Set name and icon for running Electron sketch

Currently, when a sketch is running, it appears with a default icon and the name Electron.

Suggestion

• The running window should use the sketch name as the application name.
• Ideally, it should also display a p5.js icon or a mode-specific icon instead of the Electron logo.

Additional context

This is how it looks in the Java mode. We could use a similar icon but with p5.js colors.

Looks like changing the icon is not supported when using electron, only when packaging the final result for export
