Unable to playback an high resolution video

I have a big resolution video file I would like to playback with Processing.
The video file has a 4320 x 1280 px resolution and it seems to have been encoded using H264.
Below you see a screenshot from VLC information windows.

When I try the loop example from the Movie Library the canvas simply shows the black background and nothing else happens.

I'm using Processing 3.4 with Video Library version 1.0.1 on a Windows 10 machine mounting 2 video cards: a GeFoece GTX 1060 6GB and a Quadro P600.

How can I solve?
Is there some other information which can help you to better understand my problem?

PS: Eventually I would like to play the movie at fullscreen on the 2x2 mosaic configuration of the 4 monitors I've connected to the Quadro P600. Do you think this will be possible? The movie will be played back smoothly?

I was able to solve exporting the video again taking into account the real pixel resolution on the mosaic setup (3840x2160 made up of a 2 rows and 2 columns of 1920x1080 monitors).
