Important note
Lots of the changes are just formatting after introducing Prettier. This PR shouldn't affect production PO.js code and regular payments
Description
This PR adds payments method manager. It's controlled by Dynamic Checkout configuration settings. If it's enabled and there are saved payment methods and client secret is passed the cog icon is displayed and user is able to delete saved payment methods.
