Pdbfixer in Clustenm

PDBFixer is always being called inside ClustENM. I was wondering if there is any option to disable the call and simply proceed with the data provided.

Hi @vvishwesh, while we currently don't support this in ClustENM, I agree that would be a great feature to have. I am going to tag this as a feature request, move it to the GitHub Discussions tab, and have someone look into it right away.
