Android app does not support URLs from rsshub

I am trying to add a feed URL (https://rsshub.app/anthropic/engineering) from rsshub in the Android app and Windows app, and I am getting an error in the text box.

The link you provided is not a valid RSS feed

Do you have plans to support URLs from rddhub?

Hi,
I'll check if I can do something. The problem is that those feeds from rsshub are covered by a Cloudflare bot challenge and need to be verified in the browser first

Thanks for the feedback! I understand the Cloudflare bot challenge is the blocker.

Would you be open to a PR that allows users to manually set a Custom User-Agent in settings, or perhaps a way to pass cookies/headers for specific feeds? This might help bypass basic challenges without a full browser engine.
