Push notifcations for new articles on desktop

It would be nice if notifications for Windows existed (and macOS and Linux if they don't already, I don't know for sure because I don't use those OS's) with the title, author, and a Read button that gives you a link that you can copy or open in another browser (using software like Browser Tamer for example: https://github.com/aloneguid/bt). It can either be in the style of Windows 10/11 or a custom notification that you make or even one that the user can customize themselves.
