url command ignores own messages

Expected Behavior

When tabbing through either /url open or /url save, the command should tab through all urls in the message log.

Current Behavior

When tabbing through either /url open or /url save, urls contained in your own messages are skipped.

Possible Solution

Allow the url command to tab though your own messages as well as others. potentially via configerable option.

Notes

When tabbing though logged urls, your messages are included, when fixing this, this should be standardized so it either does or doesn't tab though your urls.
