WHY: The merged documentation audit prepared user guidance, but the live GitHub Wiki still lacked those published workflows and recovery pages. HOW IMPROVED: The live Wiki now mirrors reviewed repository content exactly, keeping user guidance navigable without creating a second source of truth.
