Decide on general API interface

The exact data sent per endpoint will probably change depending on what we're displaying on the front-end, but it'd be good to come up with an overall schema for the standard API. Maybe http://jsonapi.org/?

As a part of this: we need to figure out how attribution works and whether we need to be sending attribution data as part of the API.
