Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the Code of Conduct reference in README.md to align with the Dalec project's current code of conduct. The change replaces the Microsoft Open Source Code of Conduct reference with a reference to the CNCF Code of Conduct and updates the FAQ link accordingly.
Key changes:
- Replaces Microsoft Open Source Code of Conduct reference with CNCF Code of Conduct
- Updates Code of Conduct FAQ reference to remove broken link
