This offers a bit more peace of mind for the user, especially if they accidentally clicked the "Direct Message" button. Also, don't show irrelevant buttons in the UserProfileSlidingPane if the action cannot be taken, i.e., starting a DM with yourself or ignoring yourself. Also, update the error output to be nicer if back paginating a room timeline fails.
