Upload iso-CHECKSUM files as GHA artifacts in the build job, then download and attach them to the GitHub prerelease alongside torrent files. This allows users to verify ISO integrity directly from the GitHub release page without fetching from R2. Previously only .torrent and .torrent-CHECKSUM files were uploaded as release assets. The .iso-CHECKSUM files were generated and uploaded to R2:testing but never attached to GitHub releases. Also update release notes to document both iso and torrent verification commands separately.
