This PR adds the folder
PhotochemClima, which contains code that reproduces the Photochem.clima calculations for the cod-accra protocol paper. Current progress on protocol paper tests:At the time of opening the PR, the code does not reproduce test I-1b, because I need to get some opacities from Guillaume Chaverot. Don't merge the PR until I say it is ready.
