This repository contains two distinct categories of intellectual property. By accessing this repository, you agree to the terms governing each category as defined below.
All files located in folders designated for brand identity (e.g., /assets, /brand, /logos, /typography) or any file representing the visual identity of the brand are protected by copyright and trademark law.
- Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to download and view these assets for personal reference, editorial reporting, or authorized partner use.
- Prohibited Use: You may not modify, derivative, or sell these assets. Commercial use, including the sale of merchandise or software featuring these assets, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
- No Impersonation: Use of these assets must not imply official endorsement, affiliation, or ownership by any party other than the Owner.
All files located in template directories (e.g., /brand/templates) — including LaTeX (.tex) and Typst (.typ) files — contain embedded brand identity (colors, fonts, tagline) and are governed by the same terms as Brand Assets in Section 2 above. You may use them as structural reference for your own templates, but you may not reproduce or distribute them with projectious.work brand elements intact without prior written consent.
All source code, automation scripts, and AI-related configuration files (e.g., .py, .js, .sh, .json, .yaml) are provided under the MIT License:
