Flatten results by default

Pretty much all the tools that use this module, use a flattened result, so it easier to lookup results with a single key.

Example:

```js
{
  'values.colors.unique': [],
  'values.fontsizes.total': 10
}
```

**This will be a breaking change and requires css-analyzer to go v2.x.x**
