OM 2.0: Create upgrade guide for SDK maintainers

Problem Statement

There are a lot of changes from 1.0 to 2.0 and SDK maintainers will all need to know what those are. requiring them to create a task list individually is wasted work and prone to error if they miss something.

Proposed solution

We should create an upgrade guide that lists out the changes from 1 to 2 and puts them in an order of lowest-hanging fruit to the most complex, and provides a template for a task list.

Alternatives considered

We could let people do it themselves but this feels mean.
