Compass Operations is recommended alternative https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/compass/rest/v1/intro/
Seems like Compass Operations API is designed to be drop-in replacement for Opsgenie API, but unfortunately it differs from it slightly, so dedicated notifier implementation is required.
