Try to workaround `mkdir` issue by moving the WORKDIR before the RUN so that the container build creates the directory instead of `mkdir`. * Add chmod to make the workdir group writeable to match Prometheus Dockerfile. Signed-off-by: SuperQ <superq@gmail.com>
