Reliability and interaction polish release.

Changed

  • Harden Todoist REST and Sync API error handling so failed responses surface instead of silently appearing successful.
  • Preserve cached task rendering only for offline/network fallback cases.
  • Prevent duplicate global lifecycle listeners and narrow plugin unload cleanup.
  • Improve polling with token/offline skips, an in-flight guard, and one metadata refresh per changed cycle.
