Wire up SDK Kit with all plugins in background service worker.

Acceptance Criteria

• SDK instance creation
• Plugin registration (storage, matcher, interceptor)
• SDK initialization
• Enable interceptor on startup
• Message listener for UI communication
• Shared types exported
