added 256mb and 512mb payloads for people running the ps4 as a headless server. less vram = more regular ram for the cpu.
switched the internal vram setup from gb to mb, so vram.txt takes mb now too.
tested 256mb, 512mb, and 1gb (confirmed working by Erkki on arch). thanks arabpixel for suggesting to double check 1gb too to make sure we didn't break the old ones.
note on 128mb: Erkki confirmed 128mb actually does boot, but we're keeping 256mb as the minimum for now. we're gonna debug 128mb more to see how it behaves before deciding if we should

add it.
