Add Rich SVG hero image to README + docs landing page

Use Rich's console.save_svg() to capture real CLI output (e.g. psa domain status APPDOM or psa dpk apply --summary) and drop the SVG into the README hero and docs/index.md. Deferred from v0.3.0.
