Set trust_env as an option in request method

Hidden set trust_env in class Session aimed to trust the http_proxy env, can we have this as an option in Session.request or request api, for only in request method, this option are read to decide to trust http_proxy env or not.

There's nothing hidden about trust_env, it's documented. We're not going to change where trust_env lives, we're happy with the API as it stands.

My mistake about unclear expression.
Sometimes we'd like to just use requests.get() as simple, not to declare Session() then get().
Noticed that 'stream', 'verify', 'cert' all can be set either by requests.get() or change it in Session(), why not just let it append to the parameter list. http://docs.python-requests.org/en/latest/api/#requests.Session.request

@V-E-O the parameters passed to get, post, put, and other VERB methods are parameters that pertain to the request itself, not to the environment and not to the session. trust_env pertains to the environment and how the session considers the environment when performing requests. In short, no we will not add trust_env to the parameter list of any of those methods.

@sigmavirus24 I understand your point, also fine with disabling proxy by setting trust_env. Just feeling odd first time I tried to use requests.get(..., proxies=None/{}) to bypass env proxies.
Anyway, it's OK with us, thank you all for reply!
