Translator of RDF/OWL ontologies and Java property files. It uses Microsoft Translate or DBPedia inside. More details will follow. For Microsoft Translate Engine you have to obtain your clientId and clientSecret first and provide it by means of src/main/resources/microsoft-translate.properties.
