[BOX64] Won't run Crysis 64-bit

Orange Pi 5 (RK3588s)
Armbian 25.8.x - Ubuntu 24.04 Noble
PanVk (mesa 26.0.0~git2512120527.9bd2c6dcb21)
Box64 arm64 v0.3.9 466e5eb with Dynarec built on Dec 13 2025 07:05:40

As the title says, box64 won't run Crysis 64-bit for me (Crysis 32-bit is OK though).

I have tried many Wine versions (including Proton 10.x). All failed with the same error like below:

wine: failed to create main module for L"E:\Download\x86_64\Games.wine\Crysis\Bin64\Crysis64.exe", status c0000018

However, when I try to run the game with hangover-10.18, which is Fex-Emu 2510, it boots and runs well.
So I wonder why?

Error c0000018 is ERROR_INVALID_ADDRESS, some conflict between load address and something else. No idea what it can be, I have no such message on my side.
You do use separate prefixes between wine and hangover right?

It happened on my side (LoongArch/RISC-V) too, but I never figured out why. The c1-launcher README says: - Fixes all startup issues, ..., so it's probably not a Box issue. Anyway, c1-launcher works great indeed!

@ksco One thing I have noticed is that the original Bin64/Crysis.exe is a 32-bit file. When it starts, it will call Bin64/Crysis64.exe, which is a 64-bit file (c1-launcher's Bin64/Crysis.exe is a 64-bit file).
Idk if that is the cause of the error: status c0000018?!

However, using the hangover allows me to run Bin64/Crysis64.exe directly, while box64 still gives the error.
