ISO/PAS 8800 (AI safety lifecycle): 12 artifact types covering AI element definition through deployment monitoring and assurance arguments. ISO 21448 SOTIF: 8 artifact types covering functional insufficiency hazards, triggering conditions, scenarios, and acceptance criteria. Bridge schemas: iso-8800-stpa (ml-controller↔ai-element) and sotif-stpa (SOTIF hazards↔STPA loss scenarios). Schema count: 18 built-in + 9 bridges.
