Agent-reported UX friction (pulseengine/synth, aspice schema): marking a
sw-req implemented + verified requires hand-authoring the full ASPICE chain,
and the completeness error doesn't guide you there.
- REQ-132 completeness diagnostics name the required CHAIN, not just the
terminal verification artifacts (the traceability-rule analogue of
REQ-124 remediation, deferred there because these key on rule.id).
- REQ-133 rivet implement/scaffold-verification: guided stubs for the chain.
- REQ-134 per-project field extension for built-in types (the `crate:` noise
— 37+ unknown-field INFOs), built on existing schema `extends`.
