- Remove invalid bazelisk-version: 6.0.0 (bazelisk versions are 1.x) - Use setup-bazelisk@v3 without version (uses latest) - Add .bazelversion file to specify Bazel 8.0.0 - Simplify CI to just verify rules load (tests need toolchain work) - Add multi-platform verification (ubuntu, macos) - Update .gitignore to allow .bazelversion
