- Remove all non-CTA hyperlinks from 8 competitor pages and template
- Fix keyword insertion syntax (e.g., "{Keyword:Terraform alternative}" → "a Terraform alternative")
- Create minimal footer for gads pages with only legal links and copyright
- Remove main navigation, newsletter signup, and social icons from gads footer
