I've reviewed this PR that removes the AI API reference and updates aliases to redirect to the Neo API page.

Notes

The deleted file (content/docs/reference/cloud-rest-api/ai/_index.md) contained 279 lines of API documentation. All the aliases from that file have been properly migrated to the Neo API page, plus the path of the deleted file itself has been added as an alias. This ensures all existing links will continue to work.
