This commit adds new dashboards to track the fact data related to the
pe_status_checkmodule.Detailed Description
app.manifestfor dependency mapping to thestatus_indicator_app.default/data/ui/nav/default.xmlto include tab for Status Checks.default/data/ui/views/pe_status_checks.xmlwhich contains dashboard panels for each check and will populate a list of nodes failing any of the checks.
