Using paths that were not being expanded had cause windows test failures. This patch wraps file references in File.expand_path so that the tests will work on linux as well as windows. It will also correctly make linux absolute paths into windows absolute paths. Signed-off-by: Matthaus Litteken <matthaus@puppetlabs.com>
